\ Information \ Practitioner Code of Ethics \ Since its constitution APEMIP place at associate member's disposal a set of deontological rules destined to guarantee the Real Estate Agent, as a recognized professional. APEMIP Code of Ethics, applicable to all the real estate agencies associates, determined forms of behavior and specific duties of the profession, adjusting the activity to the requirements of responsibility, credibility and exemption, each time more pertinent in our society and providing, at the same time, the necessary conditions so that it becomes indispensable the participation of this professional in all real estate transactions. In the structure of the Code of Ethics, and respecting general principles of professional behavior, the document classify the rules proposals in three chapters that are relate, respectively, to general duties, the relations with the customers and with other colleagues of the profession, and transitory provisions. |
